OXYGON Spa Assistant — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OXYGON (“we”, “us”) handles personal data in the OXYGON Spa Assistant mobile application (“the app”). We are the data controller. For any privacy request, contact us at info@oxygon.gr or +30 2310 810 000.

What data we collect

The app works mainly offline. We only collect personal data when you choose to register your spa or contact us through the app:

  • Name, phone number, email address — provided by you when you create your spa profile, so we can identify you, validate your warranty and provide support.
  • Spa serial number and model — to link your device to your warranty and service history.
  • Approximate location (optional) — only if you tap “Detect my location”, used to show local weather and frost alerts and to route service faster. You can use the app fully without it.
  • Photos (optional) — only if you attach a proof of purchase or a photo of a problem; sent together with your registration or support request.
  • Support and assistant messages — the text you send in a problem report or to the in-app assistant (Hydro), together with your serial number, so we can help you.

Where your data is stored and sent

Your profile is stored locally on your device. It is transmitted to OXYGON only when you submit a registration or a support request, over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS), to our OXYGON Operations system. Assistant (Hydro) messages are processed to generate a reply based on the official spa manual and are not used for advertising.

Why we use it (legal basis)

  • To provide the app’s features you request (registration, warranty, support, assistant) — performance of a contract / your request.
  • To provide customer support and service — our legitimate interest and your request.
  • Optional location and photos — based on your consent, which you can withhold or withdraw.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Data is received only by OXYGON to serve your request. We may use trusted service providers (e.g. cloud hosting) strictly to operate the service on our behalf.

Retention

We keep registration and support data for as long as needed to provide warranty and support, and as required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, or to withdraw consent, email info@oxygon.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

The app is intended for spa owners and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly.

OXYGON Spa Assistant — Πολιτική Απορρήτου

Η παρούσα Πολιτική Απορρήτου εξηγεί πώς η OXYGON διαχειρίζεται τα προσωπικά δεδομένα στην εφαρμογή OXYGON Spa Assistant. Υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας είναι η OXYGON. Για κάθε αίτημα απορρήτου: info@oxygon.gr ή +30 2310 810 000.

Ποια δεδομένα συλλέγουμε

Η εφαρμογή λειτουργεί κυρίως offline. Συλλέγουμε προσωπικά δεδομένα μόνο όταν επιλέξετε να δηλώσετε το spa σας ή να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας μέσα από την εφαρμογή:

  • Ονοματεπώνυμο, τηλέφωνο, email — όταν δημιουργείτε το προφίλ του spa, για ταυτοποίηση, εγγύηση και υποστήριξη.
  • Σειριακός αριθμός και μοντέλο — για σύνδεση της συσκευής με την εγγύηση και το ιστορικό service.
  • Κατά προσέγγιση τοποθεσία (προαιρετικό) — μόνο αν πατήσετε «Εντοπισμός τοποθεσίας», για καιρό/ειδοποιήσεις παγετού και ταχύτερη εξυπηρέτηση. Η εφαρμογή λειτουργεί πλήρως και χωρίς αυτήν.
  • Φωτογραφίες (προαιρετικό) — μόνο αν επισυνάψετε απόδειξη αγοράς ή φωτο βλάβης.
  • Μηνύματα υποστήριξης και βοηθού — το κείμενο που στέλνετε σε αναφορά προβλήματος ή στον βοηθό (Hydro), μαζί με τον σειριακό σας αριθμό.

Πού αποθηκεύονται και αποστέλλονται

Το προφίλ σας αποθηκεύεται τοπικά στη συσκευή σας. Αποστέλλεται στην OXYGON μόνο όταν υποβάλλετε εγγραφή ή αίτημα υποστήριξης, μέσω κρυπτογραφημένης σύνδεσης (HTTPS/TLS), στο σύστημα OXYGON Operations. Τα μηνύματα προς τον βοηθό (Hydro) επεξεργάζονται για να δοθεί απάντηση με βάση το επίσημο εγχειρίδιο και δεν χρησιμοποιούνται για διαφήμιση.

Γιατί τα χρησιμοποιούμε

Για να παρέχουμε τις λειτουργίες που ζητάτε (εγγραφή, εγγύηση, υποστήριξη, βοηθός) και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Η τοποθεσία και οι φωτογραφίες βασίζονται στη συγκατάθεσή σας, την οποία μπορείτε να μη δώσετε ή να ανακαλέσετε.

Κοινοποίηση

Δεν πουλάμε ούτε κοινοποιούμε τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα σε τρίτους για δικούς τους σκοπούς. Παραλήπτης είναι μόνο η OXYGON, για την εξυπηρέτηση του αιτήματός σας.

Τα δικαιώματά σας (GDPR)

Έχετε δικαίωμα πρόσβασης, διόρθωσης, διαγραφής, περιορισμού και εναντίωσης στην επεξεργασία, καθώς και φορητότητας των δεδομένων σας. Για την άσκησή τους ή για ανάκληση συγκατάθεσης: info@oxygon.gr. Έχετε επίσης δικαίωμα καταγγελίας στην αρμόδια Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων.
